Peter O'Brien is a software CFO and senior advisor focused on software, SAAS and technology enabled service companies.
Customers have included top private equity and venture capital firms like Norwest Ventures, CVC Partners, SFW Capital and Thoma Bravo. He specializes in building out finance and operations infrastructure, conducting due diligence, determining and executing on high value growth initiatives.
Peter was the CFO, as part of the founding executive team, for the largest bike share company, Motivate International where he built scalable teams, systems and process.
He earned his B.S. from Marquette University and a CPA from State of California.
